wrswaterdropProject: City of Oakesdale, Oakesdale, WA

Description: Well #5; 18 inch by 487 feet, open hole, basalt formation.

Problem: Video showed heavy iron buildup, unable to see where well casing ended. Lost production gradually over 20-year period with no maintenance.

Treatment: Wire brushed well casing to 300 feet. Aqua Freed treatment, 17,000 lb of CO2.

Yield:      New: 500 gpm    Pre-Treatment: 200 gpm    Post-Treatment: 750 gpm

Percentage Improvement: New: 50%  Post-decline: 275%

Notes: City mainlines apparently very dirty. Residual CO2 pumped from well caused release of these deposits into the system.

wrswaterdropProject: Tulalip Utilities, Tulalip Indian Reservation

Description: Well #2; 8 inch by 305 feet; 25 foot stainless screen. Sand and gravel formation.

Problem: Declining yield due to calcification and iron bacteria. Primarily calcification.

Treatment: Aqua Freed treatment, injected 3,2oo lb of CO2 in two locations.

Yield:      New: 250 gpm    Pre-Treatment: 100 gpm    Post-Treatment: 400 gpm

Percentage Improvement: New: 60%  Post-decline: 300%

Notes: Significant improvement due to superior formation cleaning.

wrswaterdropProject: Smith Brothers Dairy, Auburn, WA

Description: Commercial 8″ x 263′, 15′ stainless screen; seabed formation.

Problem: Lost production due to mineralization and slime bacteria plugging. Continuous declining production and strong odors.

Treatment: Aqua Freed treatment

Yield:      New: 50 gpm    Pre-Treatment: 30 gpm    Post-Treatment: 100 gpm

Percentage Improvement: New: 100%  Post-decline: 233%

wrswaterdropProject: Mullen Hill Terrace, Spokane, WA

Description: Well #2, 4″ x 247′ perforated casing; broken basalt formation.

Problem: Declining well, finally failed completely. Perforations plugged. Pump stuck in perforated zone.

Treatment: Injected acid (Unicid) to release pump, wire brushed entire well, Aqua Freed treatment.

Yield:      New: 25 gpm    Pre-Treatment: 4 gpm    Post-Treatment: 30 gpm

Percentage Improvement: New: 20%  Post-decline: 650%

wrswaterdropProject: City of Payette, Payette, ID

Description: Well #12; 12″ x 166′, 35′ of 10″ stainless screen; 20″ borehole, gravel packed.

Problem: Declining yield due to heavy iron bacteria. Four other wells on the site had previously been abandoned due to plugging.

Treatment: Aqua Freed treatment, injected 3,900 lb of CO2.

Yield:      New: n/a    Pre-Treatment: 250 gpm    Post-Treatment: 400 gpm

Percentage Improvement: New: n/a  Post-decline: 60%

Notes: Pump motor close to burning out due to heavy coating of iron bacteria preventing cooling. Pump column plugged and unusable.
